3400 square foot rancher

Providing framing, exterior, and interior finishing for this 3400 square foot rancher, Trident Projects was able to capture the vision of the architects and designers by allowing a modern home to blend into the rugged BC coastline. Highlighted by a 12 foot high lean-to style roof and massive hidden beamwork, including a 46 foot main support beam, this home allowed for large open spaces while capturing the picturesque view offered by the garden bay landscape and powerful pacific ocean.
